Due to some recent safety issues with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, Dubai Airports has put a system in place to ensure the safety of all airport users.
All Samsung Galaxy Note 7 recovered from passengers and operating crew at airside will be brought to designated Samsung Customer Care Kiosks in the terminal.
Samsung Customer Care Kiosks will be operational 24/7 in all terminals for 3 weeks at the following locations:

|Terminal-2||Departure, Near Costa Café|
|Terminal-3||Departure, Economy Check-In area-opposite Area 6|
|F & J Check-In area – near staff travel|
|DWC||Departure, Economy check-in area (before document check)|
