About the Role
We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive with a background in real estate or hospitality – ideally someone who understands luxury clientele and has a strong network in the Dubai market. You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and closing charter deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporations, and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the charter and luxury experience sectors.
• Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate high-value leads.
• Pitch charter services to prospective clients.
• Attend networking events, expos, and luxury lifestyle gatherings to expand brand presence.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Atleast 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or luxury services.
• Existing network of HNWIs, real estate developers, concierges, or corporate clients in the UAE.
• Well-connected social network.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a strong plus.
