Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, affiliate, and on-ground channels.
• Manage the production of marketing collateral including brochures, emailers, presentations, and social media content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute marketing events and activations, both internal and external, to support brand and business objectives.
• Support brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and strategic marketing partners, while nurturing existing relationships to enhance performance and reach.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing and affiliate campaign performance; recommend and implement optimization strategies.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices across marketing and affiliate landscapes.
• Assist in marketing budget tracking, administrative tasks, and overall project management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals, messaging, and campaign execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or a related field.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns, affiliate or partnerships marketing, and event planning and execution.
• Background in events management, including coordination of logistics, vendors, and on-ground activations, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Solid project management and coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing and performance tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate tracking platforms, and email marketing solutions.
• Experience in sponsorship deals and co-marketing initiatives is a plus.
