Passengers arriving from a list of 52 countries must adhere to the specific regulations.

Tourists and UAE residents and arriving from any of these countries must have two COVID‑19 PCR tests: one before departure with a validity of 96 hours and a second test on arrival in Dubai.
Transit passengers from the above-listed countries must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate valid for 96 hours and be prepared for any requirements at their next destination.
UAE Nationals are not required to conduct PCR test before arriving in Dubai but will undergo a test on arrival only.
All passengers arriving from GCC countries are not required to have a PCR test before their arrival in Dubai but will have one on arrival only.
UAE residents arriving from countries not listed above may either present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate that is valid for 96 hours before departure or take the COVID‑19 PCR test on arrival.
Tourists arriving from countries not on the above list must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate that is valid for 96 hours from the date of the test before departure with the exception of passengers coming from the UK and Germany who have the option to take a COVID‑19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai.
All transiting passengers from countries other than those listed above are not required to present a COVID‑19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated b their final destination.
