We are seeking a versatile individual to fill a multifaceted function. This position involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Provide internal sales support by assisting sales managers with administrative tasks, preparing reports, and facilitating communication within the sales team.
• Assist in coordinating sales activities, including customer follow-ups, order processing, and maintaining sales documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.

Marketing Coordination:

• Collaborate with the marketing department to execute marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with event organizers to plan and coordinate marketing-related events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
• Support marketing efforts by conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying trends to inform marketing strategies.

Technical Support:

• Provide both internal and external technical support.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to provide informed technical support and recommendations to customers.

Customer Relationship Coordination:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, technical support, and customer relationship management, preferably in the trip support industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, sales managers, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude with experience in aviation datalink systems or similar technologies preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and customer visits.
