The Singapore Airshow 2026 will take place from February 3 – 8, 2026 at Singapore Changi Airport (WSSS). Like previous years, there will be temporary airspace closures for flying displays during each day of the event and during the week before for rehearsals. These closures will affect both Singapore Changi (WSSS) and Singapore Seletar (WSSL). Here's what operators need to know.
Operational Information
- No arrivals or departures will be permitted at Changi (WSSS) during closures, and Seletar (WSSL) will also be impacted
- Crews should plan for at least 20 minutes of holding fuel
- Expect increased traffic and extremely limited parking at Seletar and drop-and-go slot availability is already tight
- Nearby parking options include Johor Senai (WMKJ) and Subang (WMSA)
Flying Displays
Flying displays will be conducted during the Singapore Airshow from February 3-5 and February 7-8. There will also be practice and rehearsals from January 29- February 2. During these periods, airspace around Changi will be closed to non-participating aircraft.
Airspace Closure
The airspace to be closed is bounded by the following coordinates:
012517N 1035814E, thence clockwise along the Singapore / Kuala Lumpur FIR boundary, 012017N 1040522E, 011707N 1035618E, 011835N 1035658E, then anti-clockwise along the eastern coastline of Singapore, 012254N 1035707E and 012517N 1035814E
The vertical limits of the airspace closure will be from Ground / Sea Level up to 10,000ft AMSL
Operators are advised to plan their flights to arrive at or depart from Changi Airport well before the closure times to avoid the possibility of flights being delayed until the airport and airspace are re-opened.

Traffic Flow Management at Changi
ATFM measures, where necessary, will be in place to regulate the air traffic flow to match the prevailing capacity prior to and after the re-opening of Singapore Changi Airport. Please refer to AIP Singapore ENR 1.9 for details on ATFM procedures.
When ATFM ground delay programme is implemented, flights arriving at Singapore Changi Airport which are issued with a Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) shall comply with the restriction. The compliance window of minus 5 / plus 10 minutes will be measured for CTOT. To ensure orderly flow of traffic arriving at Singapore Changi Airport, flights that are non-compliant or not part of the ground delay programme may expect delay, subject to real-time traffic.

Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) updates
From January 30, Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will require advance No-Boarding Directive (NBD) screening for all flights going to Singapore.
- Ground handlers must submit the full gendec at least 2 hours before ETD for flights bound for WSSS/Changi and WSSL/Seletar
- ICA will assess pax and crew before departure and notify the handler if any individual is not authorised to board
- Previously, NBDs were only determined on arrival in Singapore, often forcing removal and repatriation after landing. Under the new process, operators must prevent any NBD pax from departing for Singapore.
