The Federal Aviation Administration’s new drone regulations came into effect on August 29, 2016.

This move is part of U.S. measures to regulate the booming drone industry that predicted to grow to a $127-billion global market within the next four years.

These new rules are applicable to any commercial operations of small drones that weigh under 55 lbs. (25 kilograms).
