Role Overview

The Sales Development Lead will play a critical leadership role in scaling and optimizing UAS’s global Sales Development Representative (SDR) function. Based at UAS Middle East Headquarters in Dubai, this role will oversee and coordinate SDR activities across all UAS geographies, ensuring alignment with the company’s lead generation strategy, digital marketing campaigns, and business development objectives. The SD Lead will mentor a high-performing team of SDRs, drive productivity, uphold outreach quality, and ensure global consistency in execution. The role will report to the Global Sales Strategy Manager and serve as a strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a globally distributed SDR team responsible for outbound prospecting and qualified lead generation.
• Develop and standardize outreach playbooks, scripts, email cadences, and qualification frameworks across all SDRs.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Sales Strategy to align lead generation campaigns with strategic market priorities.
• Monitor SDR performance metrics (e.g., qualified meetings, conversion rates, lead-to-client outcomes) and optimize team performance accordingly.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy across all SDRs by setting standards and conducting periodic audits.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and pipeline quality audits to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison with Regional Sales Leaders to ensure SDR efforts are aligned with regional pipeline and client acquisition targets.
• Design and implement incentive plans, onboarding programs, and productivity dashboards to motivate and manage the SDR function globally.
• Report on SDR output and insights to the Global Sales Strategy Manager and senior leadership to influence strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven success managing SDRs or inside sales teams across multiple regions or time zones.
• Deep familiarity with B2B cold outreach strategies, CRM tools, and pipeline metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a preference for native-level English fluency.
• Strong coaching mindset with experience developing junior sales talent.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Data/CRM teams.
• Previous experience in the aviation, logistics, or international services sector is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
