Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified sales meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) through cold calling, outreach, and consistent follow-ups. This role requires close collaboration with both the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in prospecting strategies and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to generate qualified leads and set sales meetings for BDMs.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and target high-potential prospects.
• Research and identify potential customers through various channels including online databases, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads in a timely and effective manner.
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting targets.
• Contribute feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve future outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Atleast 2–3 years of experience in a similar role involving cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, preferably with native-level fluency and strong professional communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills—adept at building rapport with diverse stakeholders—combined with meticulous organizational ability and persuasive professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Key Competencies

• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with the ability to generate and qualify leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with preference for native-level American English accent.
• Proficient in CRM tools and maintaining accurate lead records.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
