  • Responsible for analyzing client’s request and generating trip cost estimates based on service requested, ensuring profitable return on investment for UAS.
  • To ensure efficient processing and planning of clients’ TCE requests.
  • Handling Quotes/TCE correspondence, mail and e-mails, on a daily basis.
  • Liaising the Operations Department on the trip experience of clients and investigating areas for improvements in regards to prices.
  • Responsible for providing timely support to internal business units on their requests for TCE or any client or price price-related.
  • Responsible for supporting the Business Development/Sales Managers globally on initial offers/proposals for their clients.
  • Maintain close coordination with clients in regards to TCE requests and follow up on feedback about UAS prices and offer recommendations to line manager on rebates/discounts to be offered to clients where UAS prices are not competitive.
  • Prepare reports on TCE generated on a monthly basis.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Business Aviation experience is a must.
  • 3 years of experience in managing complex pricing and quotations.Excellent analytical and communication skills.
