Support the sales team by maintaining and regularly updating the sales and client portals. Assist the Executive Vice President-Americas in handling administrative responsibilities.

• Responsible for compiling, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting market, customer, & internal company sales data to evaluate performance and sales strategies in the market.
• Assist and support EVP with Adhoc sales and intelligence reports to support decision making in areas such as funnel realization, lead generation, lead time, sales cycle, closing, RFPs, Pre and Post Sales Support.
• Responsible for updating CMS and informs key departments on client profile change via e-mailing channel (Client Information / Client Pricing).
• Updating key departments on legal changes to client agreements. Responsible for creating new Client Account Setup/credit check with concerned parties.
• Liaising between Business Development Managers, Marketing and Accounts department, providing information, dealing with issues and requests.
• Collaborate with Database department to execute any changes to the data related to business development activities.
• Sends Price Structure / Credit Applications with documentation to Management for approval.
• Collaborates with Legal team regarding amendments to existing agreements and dispatches final copy of agreements to clients.
• Responsible for updating TMS Reports Daily.
• Updating and maintaining data on sales portal on regular basis.
• Support the EVP-Americas with Sales Administrative support.
