As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality products while adhering to Agile methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to drive product development from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle using Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration based on user feedback.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to oversee product development from conception to launch.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Leading project teams, coordinating activities, and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, and assessing their impact on project deliverables and resources.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer interviews to identify market trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Measure and analyze key product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Evangelize the product internally and externally, providing product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of software development processes, UX/UI principles, and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified ScrumMaster) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and product analytics platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Aviation industry experience preferred for the position.
