Flying to France: Everyone arriving in France – regardless of their country of origin – must complete the “Public Health Locator” and “Sworn of Absence of COVID” forms on arrival.
Passengers coming from the following countries are welcome to enter France:
Member states of the European Union
Andorra
Iceland,
Liechtenstein
Monaco
Norway
San Marino
Switzerland
UK
Vatican
Australia
Canada
South Korea
Georgia
Japan
New Zealand
Rwanda
Thailand
Tunisia
Uruguay
Passengers arriving from any other country will only be allowed to enter for reasons given in the derogatory travel forms available on the Ministry of the Interior website.
There is an exemption for Lebanese nationals residing in their country and providing proof of regular residence in Lebanon.
Passengers aged eleven years old or older travelling from: US, Bahrain, UAE, and Panama must present a negative COVID test result carried out less than 72 hours prior to the flight.
Passengers departing from the US may also be authorized to board if they can present a permit issued by the French embassy or French consulate. They will then be expected to undergo an examination on arrival at the airport.
Passengers arriving from South Africa, Israel, Qatar, Brazil, Oman, Algeria, Turkey, Madagascar, India, Peru, Kuwait, Serbia, Argentina, Armenia, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Equatorial Guinea, Kirgizstan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Maldives, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, the Dominican Republic and the Palestinian territories Must have French passport, Monaco or French residency cards. Those who do not present a negative COVID test result carried out less than 72 hours before their flight will be undergo screening on arrival at the airport.
All arrivals from US, Bahrain, UAE, Panama, South Africa, Israel, Qatar, Brazil, Oman, Algeria, Turkey, Madagascar, India, Peru, Kuwait and Serbia between 1800 and 0600 must apply for slot allowance 24hr prior to arrival. If prior notice is not applied for, passengers and crew members will have to wait 6 hours before proceeding to the necessary sanitary measures before disembarking.
For all other arrivals, entry remains restricted and granted only to French passport holders or French or Monaco residency card holders holding a sworn statement of absence of COVID-19 symptoms. All arrival from outside Europe must also complete the ‘International Travel Certificate to Mainland France’.
It is highly recommended that all passengers from these countries ensure they have proof of a negative COVID test on arrival in France.
Screening on arrival is required for all passengers and crew on night stops.
The following do not need to provide a negative COVID result:
Crew or personnel operating passenger or cargo flights or travelling as passengers to or from their departure base
Members of delegations on official or diplomatic missions, staff of international organizations, as well as spouses and children
