UAE airport operations returning to normal after unprecedented weatherUnprecedented storms swept across the UAE this week causing flooding at UAE airports and dangerous flying conditions in the skies.

Although some flights continue to be delayed and disrupted, airport authorities are now getting to grips with the situation and are slowly returning to normal operations.

Dubai International Airport has resumed inbound flights of international airlines operating out of Terminal 1 and flights from Terminal 3.

Passengers are urged not to travel to the airport unless their flight departure has been confirmed.

Due to congestion, it’s also advised to arrive at the airport no earlier than two hours before the confirmed flight time.

Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport is operating as normal.

Meanwhile, Air Arabia has resumed scheduled operations from Sharjah International Airport.

Operators are urged to consult their trip support provider for the latest updates and advice.
